Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Why did you decide to go with photography?

A: Photographs make fleeting moments that would otherwise be forgotten last forever. Not only is photography a way to inspire and express yourself, it’s also a way to capture important moments and bring back those significant feelings. Long after I’m dead and gone, I hope my photos live centuries thereafter to uplift and inspire others.

Q: What kind of photoshoots do you do?

A: You can call me Jack of all trades, for sure.  Portrait photography is where I started back in Vegas, but in my career, I’ve done everything from private events to boudoir.

Q: Is this your full time job?

A: Yes, indeed it is! My life pretty much revolves around photography.

Q: What’s so foxy about your photography?

A: I approach my photoshoots as extensions of my subjects’ own personality. In short, I’d say I’m prone to exaggerate certain aspects of my personality to help my subject feel more comfortable with being their foxy selves.

Q: Do you have a studio?

A: Yes, I have a real big-boy studio with all of the necessary toys! On a more serious note, I take my professionalism very seriously. My studio is fully equipped with all the bells and whistles any high-end photography studio should have.

Q: Do you shoot on location?

A: I do indeed. I shoot wherever it’s humanly possible to transfer my equipment and myself. Anything for art, eh?

Q: What kind of equipment do you use?

A: For my stills and video, I use Panasonic GH5 and a G7, because I find that mirrorless cameras are truly a go-to tool right now. For lighting, I use continuous lights. However, I do also have strobes that I can use by request. Last but not least, I have a Phantom 4 Pro+ for my aerials.

Q: What are your working hours?

A: When it comes to my work, I put my clients needs before my own. This means that if I’m awake and breathing, I’m taking calls and booking appointments. So all in all, there are no limitations on scheduling – I work around you and your schedule, however crazy it may be.

Q: When is it best to schedule our photoshoots?

A: Short notice is my specialty. You can call me at midnight and I’ll be ready to shoot by 6 am the next morning!

Q: Do we have to bring our own props or will you provide them?

I have a number of props you can use, but you are more than welcome to provide your own. After all, the more choice the better.

Q: Do you work with a makeup artist?

A: I do not have a makeup artist on staff, however one can be acquired before the shoot, if requested far enough in advance. Just give me a little more time than six hours!

Q: How long will it be before my images are ready?

A: Turnaround time for your images is 72 hours after the shoot. Headshots can be available same day, if requested.

Q: How will we get our images?

A: By default, you will get your digital edits by email. In cases of large file sizes, Dropbox or other internet cloud services may be used. Upon a special request, I can provide you with a USB memory stick or a compact disk containing the images. Just ask!

Q: Do you do prints?

A: I’m so glad you asked! We do offer prints, and up to 22 inches wide! We also do shadow boxes, albums, framed family portraits, t-shirts, and more!

Q: Can we print the pictures ourselves?

A: Printing from the disk or USB drive you’re given is discouraged, because your images will automatically be watermarked. However, for an additional fee, you may request for all images to remain unwatermarked.

Q: Who will own the copyrights to the pictures?

A: We both have equal copyrights to the non-watermarked digital edits.

Q: How long do you store my images?

A: Your images are stored for 6 months before being transferred to my backup hard d od!  rive. So you’ll have up to 6 months to decide what kind of form you’d like to receive your images in.

Q: What is your payment policy?

A: I don’t require a deposit, however I do require a credit card to hold your booking. If you do not show up for your shoot, and I haven’t heard anything from you, you will be charged a $50 no-show fee. If you call and tell me you can’t make it, were golden and you will not be charged.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A: There isn’t any time limits and stuff. As long as you give me a call and let me know that you cannot make it anymore, we’re good!
